Definition

The angular velocity is the physical measure, which defines the property of a body to move uniformly on a concentric path on plane or in space.

1 radian per second is equal to the angular velocity of the rotational uniform movement on circumference of a material point, for which the radial vector of this point describes within 1 second an angle equal to 1 radian.
