Angle

plane angle

Definition

The angle is the figure formed by two rays, called the sides of the angle, sharing a common endpoint, called the vertex of the angle.

1 radian is the angle subtended at the centre of a circle by an arc that is equal in length to the radius of the circle.

1 radian is 180°/π about 57,295 779 51° or 57°17'45".
